Hi! I'm the Meditative Mom. Let me start by saying that I am the furthest thing from "meditative." The Meditative Mom is who I'd like to be, but if I'm being honest, I'm more like The Frazzled Mom or The I Have No Clue What I'm Doing Mom. But recently I made a decision: I would try to become less like Throw Momma From The Train and more like a mom who is spiritually and emotionally connected.

Then I thought, F*** that! I've got stories to tell!
